Robert brings over 16 years of data center industry experience to the team, with a focus capital markets and financing. By blending deep structural expertise with an extensive network of global capital providers, he supports clients with financing solutions, from initial site acquisition and development, to complex portfolio recapitalization and exit strategies.
Before joining Cresa, Robert served as Senior Vice President of Finance Capital Markets and Head of Investor Relations at Compass Datacenters, where he led the structuring and execution of more than $10 billion in global financing transactions supporting hyperscale data center development. He also brings a decade of communications infrastructure equity research experience from Guggenheim Securities and Evercore ISI.
